As if you didn’t already have enough reasons to join us at our spiritual clubhouse, The Social, next Monday evening – what with the live sets from Lomond Campbell and The Glass Aisle we have lined up – we’re pleased to share the news that Frances Castle, friend of the river and DJ for the night, will also be launching an exhibition of her illustration work in the upstairs bar.

The display will comprise cover artwork from Frances’s label Clay Pipe Music, which specialises in beautifully packaged vinyl LPs of atmospheric instrumental music, with a strong theme or sense of place. You can see more examples of Frances’s work on her website, here.
